SALES REPRESENTATIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

KG is a medium-sized company in the energy industry, offering services related to energy needs in both commercial and private sectors. We are currently seeking a SALES REPRESENTATIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F/D) for our location in 34266 Niestetal.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Active telephone sales / cross-selling of our entire portfolio
  • Telephone customer consultation and service
  • Management and support of our customer base
  • Maintenance of customer data
  • Preparation of quotes and order processing
  • Creation of delivery notes and corresponding scheduling
  • Invoicing and invoice verification
  • Inventory management
  • Management and optimization of work processes

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a clerk / sales representative
  • Experience in telephone sales and customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
