Salary: 14-17 per hour

Homewatch Caregivers is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hospice Care Providers.

As a Hospice Care Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
Working closely with their medical hospice team
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the hospice care team.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Collaborate with other members of the hospice care team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred.
Previous experience in hospice care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
