Customer Service/Property Manager Job Description in Fernville, PA

We are currently seeking full-time Customer Service/Property Managers (m/f/d) in the field of building cleaning to join our team in Fernville, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and monitoring cleaning tasks in our properties in Wiesbaden and surrounding areas
  • Providing support and expert advice to our customers
  • Preparing payroll, tracking time, and conducting quality control checks
  • Experience in managing and scheduling employees

Requirements:

  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Experience in building cleaning
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Good written and verbal German skills
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
