    Description

    AI , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and success of our product, which enables organizations to build Predictive Agents that learn over private historical data and provide with best in class accuracy.

    You would be responsible for product management operations, user research, defining the CUJs, driving the product roadmap, and ensuring the timely delivery of major features and solutions that meet customer needs on a per-release basis.

    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.

    Break down complex GenAI/ML projects into manageable tasks and create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

    Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
    Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders.
    Facilitate regular team meetings, communication channels, and collaboration between engineering, data science, and product teams.
    Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
    Experience in product marketplace management
    Document project plans, requirements, and processes for future reference.
    Stay up-to-date on the latest project management methodologies and best practices.

    5-10 years of experience in technical program management and/or product management, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.

    ~ Prior experience working on AI/ML projects is a strong plus.
    ~ Solid understanding of the product development process (PDP) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum.
    ~ Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers.
    ~ Extensive experience in defining projects, risk identification, scope coordination, dependency recognition, scheduling, and the deployment of new products and features.
    ~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster a collaborative team environment.
    ~ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
    ~ Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
    ~ Working knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) concepts and their application in software development.

    MS, MBA, or Ph.
    D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related technical field or equivalent.
    Experience as a data scientist using modeling tools.
