Position Summary
As the Regional Clinical Director, you are responsible for leading a group of professional individuals in implementation and support services related to clinical nursing and clinical ancillary services.
This position manages the resource forecasting for clinical projects, resource skill sets, resource issues and project skill shortages.The Regional Clinical Director will be instrumental in building and co-managing a team of nursing directors across the state of NC as PHI expands our service locations.
The ideal candidate will be central to the Winston-Salem and Greensboro area with the ability to travel within NC as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in nursing required, Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred, master's degree in nursing a plus.
Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse in the State of NC.
Must have at least 3 years of clinical management experience.
Must have a broad knowledge of NC home care rules and regulations.
Must be well versed in NC private duty nursing policies and procedures.
Requires strong organizational, leadership, managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills with the ability to be assertive.
