HERE YOU WILL WORK:

For the further expansion of the team, we are looking for a commercial employee for sales support for our client, a traditional, sustainable and globally networked industrial company.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

You act as a trusted contact person for customers and employees in the field and serve as the interface to customer service
Furthermore, you carefully process and handle orders, coordinate delivery dates and conduct contract and document checks
You also maintain master data, including information on prices, discounts, contract agreements and price calculations
You gather market information to optimize the positioning of our products and contribute to the implementation of agreed strategies and goals
Your responsibilities also include handling complaints and following up on orders, returns and price changes with customers

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk, and ideally have some experience in order processing
