Kerrtown, PA based company Fenchem is a multinational corporation from China that has been operating in Germany since 2013. Our headquarters, Fenchem Biotek Ltd., was established in 1995 in Nanjing, China. We also have offices in the USA, South Africa, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, and the Czech Republic.

Our company specializes in developing additives for nutritional supplements, functional foods, cosmetics, and the feed industry.

We have a professional management system in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products for our customers.


As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a (Junior) International Sales Representative (M/F/d) with a strong knowledge of Italian to join our team in Cologne.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new customers and expanding our customer base
  • Monitoring and analyzing the market to identify profitable projects
  • Presenting our company and actively selling our products and services
  • Preparing offers for customers and managing orders
  • Identifying trends and collaborating with our product development department to develop new solutions
  • Participating in (international) trade fairs and providing support at our booth
  • Coordinating business relationships with our headquarters in China

Your qualifications:

  • Completed business studies (BA or MA) or equivalent training
  • Native speaker of Italian with good proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong team and customer orientation in a flexible work environment
