Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager/ Supervisor to join our team.

The Production Manager/ Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
  • Manage and lead production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a highperforming team.
  • Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP regulations, and safety protocols to maintain product integrity and employee wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to minimize downtime and maximize production capacity.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to track performance and drive operational excellence.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the production department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, GMP regulations, and quality systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
