Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager/ Supervisor to join our team.

The Production Manager/ Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Manage and lead production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a highperforming team.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP regulations, and safety protocols to maintain product integrity and employee wellbeing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to minimize downtime and maximize production capacity.
Develop and manage production budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to track performance and drive operational excellence.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the production department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, GMP regulations, and quality systems.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and decisionmaking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
Detailoriented with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
