- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping of fastener products.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and procurement of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and streamline picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to fulfill orders and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices in warehouse management and logistics.
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a fastener or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.

- Proficiency in project and planning management.
