- Develop and implement IT strategy, aligning it with the business objectives of the organization.
- Oversee the management of our IT systems, including our Acumatica ERP platform, ensuring their optimum performance and security.
- Lead the IT team in delivering exceptional IT support and services, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the company's cloud-first approach, ensuring optimal utilization of cloud services.
- Oversee the management and operation of Fortinet Firewalls and end-to-end WAN solution with SD-WAN, ensuring maximum network uptime and security.
- Implement and manage Payroll/HCM systems, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and grow.
- Develop and manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead the digital transformation of the company, driving innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the construction, low voltage, life safety, or security and communications industries.
- Proven experience with Payroll/HCM systems, Cloud First Approach, Fortinet Firewalls, and end-to-end WAN solution with SD-WAN topologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
- Preferred experience with Acumatica ERP, or with similar cloud ERP platforms with an emphasis the construction industry and project management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong strategic and business acumen with the ability to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- IT certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP will be an advantage.
