Your Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks in the finance department
  • Management of digital invoice processing
  • Close collaboration with accounting and other departments
  • Support in financial accounting
  • Preparation and execution of payment transactions
  • Negotiation of contracts with suppliers/creditors
  • Management and optimization of digital travel expense reports
  • Purchasing process and communication with suppliers
Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or taxrelated education
  • Professional experience in purchasing or preparatory accounting
  • Good IT skills (MS Office,
