I am looking for a store manager m/f/d for a well-known young fashion retailer in the fashion industry for my client in Boomer, WV (no temporary work).


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the store
  • Responsible for sales and inventory results
  • Ensuring smooth operational processes
  • Handling business metrics
  • Leading and motivating the team
  • Conducting employee trainings
  • Creating staff schedules
  • Recruiting parttime employees
  • Administrative tasks and back office duties

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training and/or business studies
  • Experience in a leadership position
  • Relevant work experience in the textile retail industry is mandatory
