Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications will be crucial in ensuring accurate and precise drawings.


Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, and schematics for construction projects
• Modify existing drawings as needed based on client feedback or design changes
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Review and analyze technical specifications and sketches
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative design solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of all drawings and revisions

Skills:

• Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.

$ $25.42 per hour
