    Description


    Neon Pizza is hiring! Join our team as a full-time Kitchen/Production Manager at our Downtown L.A. location.


    OBJECTIVE
    The Kitchen/Production Manager oversees the quality of the restaurant operations, including food standards and customer service. They serve as the main point of contact and ensure efficient service from all Neon Pizza staff.


    REPORTS TO:
    Ownership, Upper Management


    DIRECT REPORTS:
    All Staff (Prep Staff, Dishwashers)


    CLASSIFICATION:
    Salary


    RATE:
    $60k/year


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    The role requires mobility, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift heavy items, among other physical demands.

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
    Must have valid U.S. work authorization and Servsafe certification. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.



    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    Lead and manage all staff, ensure tasks are completed, and maintain operational standards for a profitable business.



    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Manage inventory and orders for supplies
    - Handle delivery and takeout orders via app services
    - Recruit, train, and supervise staff
    - Assist in maintenance and administrative tasks
