- Interpreting wiring schematics and panel drawings.
- Wiring PLCs and other electrical components to terminal blocks.
- Designing and laying out panels.
- Working to UL508A and NEC standards.
- Receiving, unpacking, and organizing shipments.
- Arranging and labeling inventory.
- Assisting with housekeeping duties to maintain shop safety.
- 3-5 years of previous panel shop experience minimum.
- Electrical knowledge or experience required.
- Ability to read drawings and build to specification.
- High School Diploma.
- Hard worker with a desire to learn.
- Willingness to work under supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt as job scopes change.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Ability to see color (This is to identify the color of wires being installed in their correct places)
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
- This is a Monday–Friday position in our Midland shop.
- 8-hour days, with some overtime as required.
