    Do you want to advance your career, have a flexible schedule, and work independently? You might be exactly what we're seeking for a CDL delivery driver. You will be in charge of picking up and delivering new items to clients following predefined routes and schedules. The ideal applicant will have good communication and time management abilities, as well as a strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience and some delivery driving experience. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record are required for this position. Apply today if this describes you

    Compensation:

    $24 - $28 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Assure customer satisfaction by interacting with them in a polite and professional manner
    • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of new items to customers
    • Verify orders before and after drop-off to ensure that deliveries are completed accurately
    • Distribute merchandise to consumers while adhering to prescribed routes and traffic rules in the area
    • Prepare any documents or reports necessary as related to delivery or bookkeeping needs
    • Help oversee the safe and efficient loading and securing of loads. Including strapping down and unstrapping
    • If certified, help offload and set concrete structures with a knuckle-boom crane
    Qualifications:
    • Must have graduated high school or received equivalency (GED)
    • The ability to lift at least 25 pounds is needed for this position
    • Exhibits exceptional communication skills and time management skills
    • Preference for candidates with prior delivery driver or related job experience
    • This position requires a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record
    • Must be a physically fit person, able to lift up to 40 lbs. up to 15 times per hour
    • Able to operate manual transmission
    • Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements
    • Must be NCCCO Certified or willing to become NCCCO Certified after hiring
