Because that's exactly what your training is all about: customer service is our top priority and our team serves as the interface between our customers and the technology partners we work with.
These are the main focuses of your training:
- Management of office/business processes with a focus on contract management
- Order processing and appointment coordination
- Customer communication and correspondence via phone, chat, and email
- Project-related tasks
Possible areas of deployment during your training could include traditional order management, where you are responsible for handling purchasing processes, as well as sales support.
Qualifications- Understanding of processes
- Interest in IT and UC technology and our products
- Independent and team-oriented work style
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Oral and written communication skills
- Enjoy communicating with people
