    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Hey there! Welcome to our team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join us as an Administrative Assistant. If you're ready to take on a mix of administrative and logistical tasks, keep reading!

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Prepare and submit flight crew's pay sheets accurately and on time.
    • Update credential tracking software for new hires.
    • Ensure compliance with necessary credentials and manage renewal reminders.
    • Review and submit daily reports for flight and patient care data.
    • Assist in meeting accreditation guidelines and maintaining medical inventory.
    • Take meeting minutes accurately and keep guidelines up to date.
    • Coordinate with team members for equipment shipping and receiving.
    • Support with employee onboarding tasks.


    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 4 years in administrative support roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Editor skills are a plus.
    • Ability to obtain federal security clearance.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capacity to work independently and handle confidential information.
    • Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • Communication skills are vital.
    • Required to sit and perform various physical tasks as needed.
    • Use hand dexterity and lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.
    • Visual capabilities for different tasks throughout the day.
