- Work Monday to Friday 8-5 (weekends are only covered by on call)

- Hospitalists do all the inpatient work

- Physician Resident -265K
Experienced Up to 350K depending on experience, 25K sign-on and potential quality and other incentive bonus each year depending on their performance. - Bakersfield has miles of bike paths and lanes and more than 60 public parks, offering locals plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Plus, residents are within driving distance of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and some of California's expansive national forests.
- Bakersfield is home to a multigenerational, multicultural population. Diversity can be seen throughout the region in the wide variety of small mom-and-pop restaurants and shops selling international foods and goods
- Great schools, sports and extracurricular activities available in Bakersfield.
- About an hour from 6 Flags Magic Mountain and 1.5 hours from LA.
