Job Description:


The RN - Coord - Perioperative Orthopedic Liaison provides patient service coordination for the Orthopedic Service Line, navigating all aspects of the continuum of care beginning before surgery through 90 days post-operatively.

This includes pre-admission testing perioperative services inpatient unit and all other applicable entities within the orthopedic service line related to evidence-based practice for orthopedic patients.

Ensures compliance and maintenance of reporting requirements for The Joint Commission Disease-Specific Care Certification in Joint Replacement and also the American Joint Replacement Registry Accreditation.


Education:


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Required
  • Master of Science in Nursing
  • Preferred

Experience:


  • Healthcare
  • Orthopedics/Orthopedic surgery
  • Required

Additional Experience:

Pay Range:
$ $113.47

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
