- Prior warehouse and management experience required.
- Schedule monthly warehouse inventory review and reporting.
- Oversees and coordinates the activity of subordinates.
- Approves and assists in biweekly Time and Attendance reporting for all direct reports.
- Interact and manage outside contractors and vendors for building and equipment maintenance, and repairs.
- Perform or schedule basic building maintenance and repairs.
- Identify vendors and regularly negotiate best prices for frequently used items.
- Work with all departments to centralize purchasing of office, janitorial, and other miscellaneous items.
- Receive incoming deliveries and process all necessary paperwork.
- Maintain office and other miscellaneous facility equipment.
- Maintain and operate forklift.
- Maintain required certifications and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Work with management to ensure that operations are compliant with PCI physical security requirements.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
