    Position: Inventory Control Analyst
    Location: Bronxville, NY
    Duration: 3 Months

    Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (includes a 30 min break)
    Department: Procurement

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst - Implant for a 6-month assignment at NYP Westchester. The ideal candidate will support the high-volume perioperative units within the hospital, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management. A background in supply chain and inventory management within the healthcare sector is essential. Knowledge of Epic and Lawson systems is preferred, along with a strong customer service background.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide inventory control and management for implant supplies.
    • Support high-volume perioperative units with timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
    • Utilize Epic and Lawson systems for inventory tracking and management.
    • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures regarding inventory control.
    • Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 12 months experience in supply chain and inventory management in healthcare.
    • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Proficiency in Epic and Lawson systems preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Dress Code:

    • NYP will provide a uniform.
