What to expect You are the first point of contact for users on the phone, who are happy to have you on the line You document reported issues and requests in our ticket system and prioritize them You also support colleagues directly in the hospital and check on site why the label printer or PC is "stuck" You work closely with colleagues from Wismar and involve them when you cannot help What you bring You have a degree in computer science, IT system management, or are a career changer with relevant professional experience You have already gained some experience in IT
