With over 200 employees, KNAPHEIDE SOLUTIONS GmbH in Beckum develops, produces, and distributes custom solutions.

The production depth includes mechanical processing, assembly of control systems, and the manufacture of individual components such as hoses and pipelines.

We are currently seeking a
Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) for
KNAPHEIDE SOLUTIONS GmbH in Beckum.


Your responsibilities:


  • Creating purchase orders based on identified needs and demand requests
  • Monitoring material deliveries, booking them in, and checking invoices
  • Handling commercial complaints
  • Developing and implementing crossdepartmental solutions to avoid material shortages
  • Controlling and managing inventory levels
  • Maintaining purchasingrelated master data in the merchandise management system, such as delivery times, batch sizes, and order quantities

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial or equivalent education
  • Several years of experience in purchasing preferred
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana (MM module) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and teamwork skills
