    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Blazerjobs is excited to partner with the local school district in Pittsboro, NCto fill a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position. We are committed to providing exceptional professionals to support the behavioral and educational needs of students in the community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
    • Provide direct support and instruction to students, using positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
    • Collect and record data on student behavior, progress, and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior interventions across settings.

    Requirements:

    • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
    • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs.
