Blazer Jobs thrilled to partner with the local school district in Pittsboro, NC to fill a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position. We are committed to providing outstanding professionals to support the educational needs of students in the community.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA to address students' behavioral goals.
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress towards goals.
• Provide direct support and guidance to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies across settings.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with special needs.
