Description
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in the leasing process, from ensuring properties are rent-ready to conducting move-in evaluations.
Your responsibilities include property walk-throughs, marketing coordination, lead follow-ups, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the success of the leasing department.
- Property Preparation
- Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units.
- Lead Management
- Following up on leads for potential renters & reviewing weekly reports for showing feedback. Adjusting strategies as needed.
- Financial Transactions
- Handling the collection of 1st month rent payments and security deposits.
- Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service.
- Marketing & Listing Coordination
- Working with marketing department to list property for rent. Install selfshow boxes and signs on listings.
Pay:
$25, $48,000.00 per year
