    BayCare is currently in search of our newest Speech Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are searching for both Pediatric and Adult Acute Speech Therapist. Founded in 1926, Winter Haven Hospital has an outstanding reputation for superior, patient-centered care.     Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main – Winter Haven Hospital

    Location: Winter Haven, FL

    Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

    Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Shift: Tuesday - Saturday

    Weekend Work: Every

    On Call: Yes

    Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

    • Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.
    • Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.
    • We are searching for both Pediatric and Adult Acute Speech Therapist

    Requirements:

    • CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • Speech Therapy License
    • Required Master's Speech Therapy
    • 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
