Responsibilities

You support the end-to-end recruiting process for new talents, including candidate outreach through LinkedIn, pre-selection of applicants, phone screenings, and scheduling further interviews
You maintain close communication with your team lead and the hiring manager for each position
You write creative job ads and are responsible for posting and updating them on our job platforms
You stay on top of current recruiting trends, share them with the team, and help shape the future of recruiting with us
You take on internal HR projects, such as employer branding, and significantly contribute to the development of the People & Culture department
