    Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    In this role, you will ensure that our clients receive top-notch care and achieve outstanding results. Attorneys must interact with clients, showing empathy and building trust, while keeping them informed about their case. Additionally, they will handle communications with insurance companies, provide case updates, and collaborate with staff to progress client matters.

    EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; Newly admitted is acceptable
    • Previous experience in Personal Injury law (plaintiff or defense) is advantageous
    • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
    • Skilled in advocacy and negotiation
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    • Proactive problem-solving approach
    • Ability to work well in a team
