Job summary
The Accounting Manager - Texas is an integral part of Latham's Global Finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Houston and Austin offices by using their understanding of and experience with GAAP and the policy of a law office to contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of the goals and objectives of the Department and Finance Committee.This role will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of accounting staff, organizing and coordinating their work to meet department objectives timely and accurately. This role will be located in our Houston officeand requires travel to our Austin office once per month.
Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybridand in-office presence.,
