Hickory Farms has an exciting new opportunity for a passionate, data-driven digital marketing specialist that will report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing.

In this role, this person will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support digital campaigns, monitor performance, identify opportunities, and communicate results for multiple brands.

• Review campaign performance across paid media channels and make recommendations on improvements and identify new opportunities for testing
• Lead process for development of digital marketing assets writing briefs, reviewing creative, gaining approvals, and partnering with agencies on deployment
• Research keyword trends and help identify new opportunities, working with SEO partners and internal teams
• Support reporting needs and pull key insights from dashboards to inform internal decisionmaking
• Support Director of Performance Marketing in the execution of catalog circulation planning tactics
• Stay informed of emerging digital trends, identify ones that are applicable to our business model and partner with the agencies to prove them out.

• 24 years of professional experience in digital marketing, agency experience a plus
• Knowledge of digital metrics and KPIs, including paid search, paid social, affiliate and SEO
• Creative problem solver able to quickly identify concerns, evaluate the situation, and recommend solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team and agencies
• Experience with media measurement tools
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and tag management
• Experience with B2C ecommerce brands a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
