Le Parfait Paris is a French Bakery and Pastry shop. Our menu range from fresh made baked goods, to pastries, sandwiches, crepes and coffees. We expect our manager to excel in all those domains.


Le Parfait is looking for a French Bakery and Pastry shop Manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Some of other responsibilities include scheduling shifts for staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and doing the weekly inventory. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in coffee/café shops or restaurants. Also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement and turn our cafe into a favorite local spot.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the cafe with a total of 10 employees (mix of part time and full time)
  • Onboard new wait staff and baristas
  • Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment, customer service and sales
  • Understand the labor cost/percentage and schedule accordingly
  • Do the weekly inventory (like packaging, wines, cleaning supplies...)
  • Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy
  • Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Qualifications:

  • Work experience as a Cafe Manager or Barista
  • Handson experience with professional coffee machines
  • Good math skills
  • Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school diploma
  • Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality, Food manager license) is a plus

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $35.00/hour.
