- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA certification with a strong background in USGaap and IFRS (preferred)
- Experience working with ERP or SAP computer systems
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Summary
SVS Vision is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of FP&A to join our finance team. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
