- Simulation Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and conduct simulations against hard targets, missiles, and other intelligence gaps.
- Support wargaming exercises in a simulated environment.
- M&S Architecture:
- Conduct M&S (Modeling & Simulation) architecture definition, implementation, validation, and testing.
- User Interaction:
- Interact with users to define and optimize new M&S functionality for applications.
- Develop and visualize operational concepts.
- Data Analysis:
- Perform M&S and data analysis to refine, demonstrate, and assess operational concepts.
- Mission Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills, affirming completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
- Analytic Communication:
- Communicate understanding from incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced information.
- Structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Product Development:
- Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Defensive Systems Analysis:
- Assess the theory of operation, characteristics and performance, physical characteristics, signatures, vulnerabilities, and employment of defensive systems.
- Provide detailed and integrated analysis of data related to a variety of defensive weapon systems and using countries.
- Intelligence Information Analysis:
- Analyze, evaluate, assess, and document intelligence information on current and future defensive systems, including subsystems, components, and technologies of each system.
- Model and Tool Development:
- Develop digital models, simulations, and hardware representations of defensive systems.
- Create computer-based analytical tools to assess foreign defensive system capabilities and vulnerabilities.
- Algorithm Development and Database Management:
- Input parametric data, develop algorithms, and provide quality control of defensive systems databases.
- Use information from data sources for engineering and scientific assessments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Develop digital models, simulations, and hardware representations of defensive systems
- Create computer-based analytical tools to assess foreign defensive system capabilities and vulnerabilities
- Extensive experience in air defense weapon systems analysis.
- Participation in an ITEAMS project
- Experience supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency and Missile and Space Intelligence Center

Davidson Technologies Inc. is actively seeking an M&S Engineer knowledgeable in the Missile Systems and Air Defense domains. This role designs, develops, and conducts simulations to assess specific requirements and capabilities/limitations of aerospace systems. Responsibilities include engineering research, reverse engineering analysis, and characterizations of current and future aerospace technology and systems such as aircraft, spacecraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, and ground control systems to understand capabilities and vulnerabilities. The engineer will define, implement, validate, and test M&S (Modeling & Simulation) architecture, interact with users to optimize M&S functionality, and develop and visualize operational concepts. The role also involves performing data analysis to refine, demonstrate, and assess these concepts, and supporting wargaming exercises in a simulated environment.
