Our client is a growing professional services company. They have a few lines of business including a large sales call center, and they're looking to hire a new Corporate Sales Trainer based in Las Vegas. This person must have experience working as a Sales Trainer in a similar, client facing company. This is a fun, growing business that has a family/team-centered culture. Here is a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom. This is a brand-new role
**Must live in Vegas now - and must be on site 5x a week**
Corporate Sales Trainer (On-site in Las Vegas):
Experience as a corporate trainer for a SALES call center or similar environment is MANDATORY
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have experience developing and creating training content from the ground up
Must be extremely hands-on and able to work with a high volume of employees daily
Will generate, refine, and update training presentations, resource material, training manuals, reports, etc., from the ground up
Must be an outside the box thinker who can find creative and thoughtful ways to reach employees, depending on their preferred learning methods
Salary likely between $60-$80K on the base + bonus potential, benefits, and PTO
