Travels to other WG properties to conduct training and development classes.Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.
Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Decides / recommends which sales reps will be removed as ICs.
Reports on progress of sales reps under guidance during training periods.
Decides if new sales reps will pass the training and go on to sales floor for WGSM.Conducts ongoing development training classes for Sales Reps.
Revises design of training curriculum and methods to improvement effectiveness.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEFifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
