Description

• Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, cold calling, and networking events
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required)
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and tools
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Indeed) and HR databases
• Proficient in using Paycor and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices
• Knowledge of employee relations principles and practices
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and staffing requirements
