Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and expertise in automotive repair.
Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement
- Repair and replace damaged parts, such as fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete repairs
- Weld or solder parts as needed
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs
- Complete detailed documentation of repairs performed
Experience:
- Proven experience in auto body repair and restoration
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive repair techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repair work
- Ability to weld and solder parts as needed
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
