Framing Construction - Site Foreman

Clean Cut Construction is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious individual to join our team.

As the Site Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the framing phase of construction projects.

You will build foundational relationships based on trust and manage teams to complete projects successfully. Our company is growing and we have career opportunities for individuals who want purpose out of their work. Clean Cut Construction provides a competitive pay scale of $30.00 -$40.00 per hour based on experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Successfully complete tasks, including but not limited to:

• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee onsite operations and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Manage and lead construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, ProCore for project tracking
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Be willing and able to get Tower Crane Certification

Qualifications:

• Experience in a construction supervisor or supervisory role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore
• Drivers License must have reliable transportation
• Be familiar with truck cranes and voice and hand signals

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
depending on experience
