Overview of Essential Duties / Functions:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Retrofit business
  • Ownership of retrofit sales within their territory, forecasting and reporting sales trends in their territory and maximize profitable sales growth
  • Effectively communicate customer needs to internal key stakeholders in engineering, customer service, project management, and operations
  • Respond to requests for quotes, meeting the quotation deadline established by the customer
  • Understand customer's motives, needs and specifications
  • Help negotiate contracts in alignment with standard terms and conditions to achieve customer requirements and Dürr business goals
  • Demonstrate to customers that they have a strong advocate tied to common goals, along with the positive results they can expect from our business relationship
  • Preserve and improve the profit margins for all product and services sold by supporting manufacturing and operations team as needed during project execution
  • Provide sales forecast to anticipate upcoming opportunities and aid in production planning via Salesforce CRM
  • Facilitate resolution of customer complaints
  • Domestic travel required: 2550+%
  • Develop working relationships with AE firms to assure DUUS products are understood and specified
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical sales experience

  • A strong technical background and experience interfacing with an Engineering team is preferred
