We are currently looking for a
Warehouse Team Leader Inbound / Outbound (m/f/d) for our location in Aurach.

Responsibilities:

Personnel planning and management of a team employees) in one of the following warehouse areas: goods receipt, storage, picking, packaging, or shipping
Active participation in the team, especially training of warehouse employees
Management of responsibilities through quality and productivity metrics
Interface between shift management and warehouse employees
Use of the warehouse management system
Ensuring process compliance and adherence to predefined quality parameters

Qualifications:

Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist
Relevant professional and leadership experience in the warehouse sector is desirable
Authorization and experience in operating forklifts
Experience with warehouse management systems
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
