As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Managment Trainee to join our team and embark on an exciting career journey.

    Position Overview:

    As a Sales Management Trainee at Lau Legacy, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop a deep understanding of our industry, products/services, and sales strategies. This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become successful.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Learn about our products/services, target audience, and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Shadow experienced professionals during client meetings and presentations.
    • Participate in sales calls and pitches to gain hands-on experience.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to track sales progress and performance.
    • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to work full-time in-person position
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and willingness to adapt.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    What We Offer:

    • $16-$18 hourly pay, paid weekly (OTE $51k-$61k)
