As a Sales Assistant, you are not only an important part of the Superdry family, but also the face of the store.

Selling with passion is in your blood, and with your enthusiasm for our products and positive attitude, you and your team members turn every shopping experience into an unforgettable one.


Main Responsibilities:

  • With a smile, you greet our customers and use your charm and product knowledge to provide convincing advice and build customer loyalty.
  • You feel comfortable on the sales floor, advising our customers and providing excellent and personalized service to sell our products.
  • You know and love our products and stay uptodate on the available stock, colors, and sizes in the store.
  • With skill and attention to detail, you ensure an inviting presentation of our products, attracting customers to the store.
  • You are a team player and contribute to a positive and cheerful atmosphere within the team.
  • With a cool head, you handle all transactions, such as exchanges and refunds, competently and accurately, and are familiar with the cash register system.
  • Together with your colleagues, you perform general warehouse tasks, such as restocking and organizing the merchandise, with enthusiasm and precision.
  • You are Superdry, you love and live our style, and you inspire our customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You are at least 18 years old and ideally have experience in retail.
  • You can identify with Superdry and have a great passion for our products.
