Exciting and varied tasks await you:
After our introductory week, you will go through all the essential departments of our bank. You will learn about account management and payment transactions, money and asset management, and credit business, among others. We will specifically promote you and you will quickly take on responsible tasks. The practical assignments will take place exclusively in our Neumünster branch. Our in-house seminars will be held together with our trainees from Hamburg at our headquarters in Hamburg-Altona. The training period is 2.5 years.

Your qualifications:

Good secondary school leaving certificate, general higher education entrance qualification, or equivalent school leaving certificate
Enjoyment of working with people

Strong willingness to learn and perform
