Job Title:
Payroll coordinator


Job Locations:
San Diego, CA


Shift time:
(7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri)


Contract duration: 26 weeks + possible extension


Guarantee hours: 40 hours


Start Date:

ASAP

Minimum requirement:


  • H.S Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws & regulations
  • Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types
  • PeopleSoft experience in a highvolume healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of Federal Form W2 Reporting Requirements
  • Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus)

Roles and responsibility:


  • Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies.
  • Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Payroll: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • San Diego, CA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Diego, CA 92111: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
