In recent years, Raisin has successfully delighted its customers by enabling deposits and investments without barriers throughout the EU.

To better serve our customers, we are looking for a dynamic specialist to support our Customer Service Training and Quality team.

The role involves communication with our external service providers as well as close collaboration with other internal departments. You will also support the team in quality assurance and updating training materials. In addition to training, the team also conducts quality measurements of our customer service agents. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service. Do you also have a passion for improving customer satisfaction? Your tasks:


  • You support the team in quality assurance
  • You are the contact person for your colleagues from other departments, using your communication skills to inspire them
  • You participate in the creation and updating of training materials
  • You are actively involved in daytoday operations to stay on top of things
  • Your contribution to process design and optimization of workflows is desired
  • General support in documentation
  • You work with high motivation to increase customer satisfaction and the quality of our customer service
  • You independently measure the quality of customer support using a quality matrix
  • You are jointly responsible for the creation and documentation of quality metrics

Your profile:


  • You have already gained professional experience in internships or parttime jobs, ideally in a digital environment and/or in customer service
  • Communication skills are essential
