Yoe 'ViaNobis - Integration Assistance
Our residential homes are open facilities with 15-25 living spaces, offering various support settings.

The services of the homes are aimed at people with mental disabilities, some with existing self-endangerment and/or dependency issues, as well as people with severe mental disorders with a high need for integration.

We are currently seeking pedagogical staff (m/f/d) for our location in Krefeld with a workload of %.
Your responsibilities
Accompanying residents in the support system; jointly developing individual goal planning and supporting residents in their personal development
Creating a therapeutic environment in the daily life of the living group; conducting learning and training activities
Collaborating with the residents' support system and cooperation partners
Your profile
Successfully completed training as a remedial educator, social care worker, educator, health and nursing care worker (m/f/d) or successfully completed degree in social pedagogy/social work (m/f/d)
Experience in working with people with disabilities and interest in sensitive work with behaviorally challenged individuals
Interest in working in shift schedules
Enjoyment of working in a lively team
Willingness to further develop your skills in the context of your tasks
Driver's license
