Reserve Health, a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality services, seeks a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive mental health care in both an ambulatory mental health clinic and a county correctional facility setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Deliver mental health services inside a county correctional facility, addressing the unique needs of incarcerated individuals.
Engage in crisis intervention and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications as needed.
Provide on-site services Monday through Friday 8 am-5pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
Provide remote on-call support to facility staff as part of a call rotation (approximately 7 days/month)

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
Current and unrestricted PMHNP licensure in North Carolina and DEA
