    As a Senior IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the IT department's operations and strategies within our organization.

    You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, and implementing technology solutions to support the company's goals and objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including IT administrators, engineers, and support staff.
    Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

    IT End User Support Management:
    Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT Support infrastructure, including networks, telecommunications, and help desk.
    Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

    Technology Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
    Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to support their operations.

    Project Management:
    Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and allocate resources accordingly.
    Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
    Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and service level agreements.
    Evaluate vendor products and services to ensure they meet the company's requirements and standards.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
    Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management, with a track record of leading successful IT projects and teams.
    Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and security.
    Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
    Knowledge of industry best practices, compliance standards, and regulations related to IT.
    Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.

    We offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.

    Starting hourly rate for this position is $140,000 - $196,000 per year. Individual offers will take into consideration experience, location, and budget.
